PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Information provided to Timberchase Financial, LLC is not disclosed to any nonaffiliated third party. No identifiable client information is shared, sold, rented, or provided to any outside party except that Client data may be shared with accountants, attorneys, mortgage lenders, insurance agents or other professionals with whom Client has established a relationship or that Timberchase Financial, LLC is contacting on Client's behalf. Timberchase Financial, LLC maintains reasonable defenses against intrusion by outside parties. This includes firewall protection, securing of data and backups, encryption of downloaded data, locking and securing physical files and the office location. All discarded papers that contain Client data are cross cut shredded in the office. Timberchase Financial, LLC agrees to keep all information obtained about Client confidential, except for information exchanged with other advisors as discussed above, and as required by law.

Timberchase Financial, LLC out-sources certain parts of its business functions to outside parties ("Business Partners") as part of the services provided. Business Partners are required to maintain a confidentiality agreement consistent with Timberchase Financial's Privacy and Confidentiality Statement as stated above.

This policy is to be sent to all current clients on an annual basis and to prospective clients prior to, or at the time a written agreement is made.
